Why choose KODEX as your manufacturer

We keep manufacturing in-house so every product meets laboratory-grade accuracy and consistency.

Own Production Lines

Complete in-house lines from glass forming and annealing to graduation firing. Factory-direct supply with controlled cost and stable lead time.

Borosilicate 3.3 Glass

Primary material is borosilicate 3.3 glass, rated -70°C to +450°C, acid/alkali resistant and low expansion — suitable for heating, cooling and corrosive environments.

Precise Graduation

Fired-on enamel graduations are durable and legible. Measuring instruments are available in selectable accuracy classes.

Custom Capability

Made-to-drawing, made-to-sample, custom size/graduation and assembled apparatus — from single samples to flexible volume production.

Strict QC

Inspection flow from raw material to finished goods; critical dimensions and accuracy are checked item by item for consistency and traceability.

Global Supply

Products shipped to 50+ countries. We handle export packaging, compliance documents and logistics collaboration for overseas customers.

Customization & Cooperation

The questions our procurement and R&D partners ask most, to help you evaluate feasibility quickly.

Is KODEX a glassware manufacturer or a trading company?
KODEX is a precision lab glassware manufacturer with our own production lines and engineering team. We control the full process from raw material to finished product and support factory-direct supply as well as OEM/ODM cooperation.
Do you support custom and small-batch orders?
Yes. We provide made-to-drawing, made-to-sample, and custom scale/graduation services. We handle both volume production and sample-level small batches; minimum order quantity is evaluated based on product specification and process complexity.
What glass materials do you mainly use?
Our primary material is borosilicate 3.3 glass, with a temperature range of -70°C to +450°C, resistant to acids and alkalis and with low thermal expansion. Other laboratory glass materials can be used on request.
What accuracy classes are available?
Measuring instruments are available in different accuracy classes (e.g., Class A). Graduations are fired-on enamel, durable and legible, suitable for quantitative analysis.
What is the typical lead time?
Regular in-stock products typically ship within 7–15 business days. Custom products require sampling and production evaluation based on drawings; we will provide a clear delivery date after requirements are confirmed.
How do I get a quote and samples?
Submit your requirements (material, specification, quantity, drawings) via the contact page. Our technical team will reply with a proposal and quote within 1–2 business days and supports sampling before bulk production.
